Print Blanc Refund & Return Policy

 


At Print Blanc, every product is custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items once an order has been placed.


 

Exchanges

 


We only offer exchanges or replacements if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or misprinted. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

 


Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.


 

Important Notes

 

 

  • Exchanges are strictly limited to defective or damaged items.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Print Blanc is not responsible for errors resulting from customer-provided artwork, designs, or sizing.
