  • All products sold by Print Blanc are custom-made to order.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in cases of damaged or defective goods (see our Refund & Return Policy).

 

 

 

 

2. Exchanges

 

 

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged, misprinted, or faulty items.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order with photo evidence.

  • Print Blanc reserves the right to review and determine eligibility for replacement.

 

 

 

 

3. Customer Responsibility

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, designs, and sizing details are correct before submitting an order.

  • Print Blanc is not liable for errors arising from customer-provided specifications.

 

 

 

 

4. Payments

 

 

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

 

 

 

 

5. Production & Delivery

 

 

  • Production times may vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. Estimated lead times will be provided at checkout or during order confirmation.

  • Print Blanc is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

 

  • By submitting artwork or designs, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them.

  • Print Blanc will not be held liable for copyright or trademark infringements caused by customer-supplied artwork.

 

 

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

 

  • Print Blanc is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
